Scott covers the White House as well as climate policy and politics. Before he joined E&E News, he worked at Politico New York, the Albany Times Union, the Erie Times-News and The Baltimore Sun. His work also has appeared in Scientific American and Science magazine. Waldman holds a master’s degree in journalism from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree from Earlham College.
