ANNE C. MULKERN

Anne has written extensively about California’s climate law, the state’s push on renewable power, electric vehicles, drought, and the people leading key energy developments. She’s covered issues in Hawaii, Arizona, Oregon and Washington state. She earlier reported on lobbying and influence from E&E News’ Washington, D.C., headquarters. She worked previously for The Denver Post‘s Washington bureau and several California papers including the Orange County Register. She graduated from UCLA.
